Biograffiti Terms of Use

No sharing, selling or distributing of Biograffiti products in any way, shape for form.
Please do not claim these products and designs as your own.

All product previews will be marked as follows:

Mark “PU” = Personal Use Only
Products marked “PU” may be used for your own personal scrapbooking and crafting and gifts you make for others.
You may not use PU products in an income producing manner in any way, shape or form.

Mark “S4H” = Scrap for Hire / Professional Photography Use is Allowed
Products marked “S4H” may be used in your Scrap for Hire or Professional Photography business (small business / single user).  All files provided to clients must be flattened .jpg and you must make the page your own by adding color, papers, cutting, sizing, etc.  When using products from Biograffiti, it is not ok to sell your finished product as a layered template or quick page.

Mark “CU” = Commercial Use is Allowed
Products marked “CU” may only be used by other designers creating digital scrapbook products (small business / single user).  All files designer plans to sell or provide to clients must be flattened .jpg and you must make the page your own by adding color, papers, cutting, sizing, etc.  If products are marked “CU” you may create quick pages using these products however,  it is not ok to sell your finished product as a layered template.

Blog / Website Design
You may use Biograffiti products in your own personal blog design.  Do not use Biograffiti products on a for-profit or business related blog.
You may not use any Biograffiti designs (PU-S4H-CU) to create and design websites for others for profit.  (ie: if you are a web designer / blog designer you may not use Biograffiti products to create websites/blogs for clients.)
If you have a business blog promoting your Scrap for Hire or Photography services you may not use Biograffiti products in the design of your blog.  However, you may show examples of your work that use Biograffiti products provided the examples shown have been altered by adding photos, color, papers, cutting, sizing, etc.  The example should reflect your work and not simply be a preview of a Biograffiti product.

Credit Requirements
I appreciate credit at all times especially when posting to scrapbooking related sites, forums and galleries.  However, credit is only *required* when submitting to contests (online, magazine, in-store, etc).  Please include “[product name] by Biograffiti”.
